1. Leiden Auctioneer offers this service as a convenience to our clients. Leiden Auctioneer will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute bids.

2. Lots will be bought as reasonably as is allowed by reserves and other bids, if any, and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

3. A buyers’ premium of 22% - 27% (including 10% GST) will be added to the hammer price of all lots purchased.

4. All goods must be paid for within 5 days following the sale or as otherwise stated in our catalogue.

5. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check if your bids have been successful.

6. Storage fees of AU$10 per lot per day will be charged for late payments/collections.

7. Telephone bids require prior arrangement and have a minimum bid of AU$500.

8. All absentee bids must be submitted a minimum of 2 hours prior to the commencement of the auction.
