Bid online in real time while watching our live auctioneer from wherever you are. That could be on the other side of the world or in the comfort of your own home or office.

Telephone
Bid on the phone with a member of our team (this complimentary service is available for all fine auctions). Register for telephone bidding online directly from the lot/s you are interested in, with your Leiden Auctioneer account.

Absentee
Leave a confidential Absentee Bid via our online catalogues with your Leiden Auctioneer account. Leave your maximum bid – Leiden Auctioneer guarantees to execute these at the lowest bidding increment within your limit.

In Person
Enjoy the thrill of a live auction and bid in person at our Sydney salerooms. After the Auction If you are successful at auction, you will receive an email with your invoice, along with payment and collection details. Leiden Auctioneer does not undertake postage or other delivery services, but will recommend you some professional couriers or deliveries.
How to Sell

Valuation
Discover the value of your collectibles with a free estimate. Submit images online for initial evaluation by our professional team, then wait for an appointment notification.

Consider Agreement
If you decide to offer your item at auction with Leiden Auctioneer, a specialist will advise the most suitable auction for your item and an appropriate price estimate. Then, we will send you a Consignment Agreement. This is a contract that outlines our terms, fees and conditions of business.

Before the Auction
Once Leiden Auctioneer has received your item or collection, it will be photographed and catalogued by our team. Before the auction, we will agree a reserve price with you. Your item will not be sold for less than this price at auction.

Auction
We have experienced auctioneers to present your collection at auction. You (the seller) are welcome to view the live auction.
5
Payment
After the successful auction of your item, you will receive payment into your nominated bank account, minus Leiden Auctioneer commission and fees.
